Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which Cue Joint Venture LLC and/or Cued Billiards DBA  (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) ships products purchased through our store, whether in person, by phone, or online. By placing an order with us, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms described herein.


1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within [2] business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.


2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer multiple shipping options, which may include standard, expedited, and express services.

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, shipping method selected, and package weight/size.

  • Rates will be disclosed before order confirmation.


3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless specifically arranged in advance.

  • We do ship to Global Logistics Providers as a Third-Party for consumer but with restrictions. See Global Logistics Provides policy. 

4. Third-Party Shipping Companies

  • All shipments are fulfilled through reputable third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).

  • Once an order has been transferred to a carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the Customer and refunds will not be provided for lost items. 

  • The Company is not responsible for delays, lost packages, theft, misdelivery, or damage caused by the carrier after the shipment leaves our possession.

  • Any claims for loss, damage, or delay must be filed directly with the carrier. We will provide tracking information and reasonable assistance to help you initiate such a claim.
  • Shipments may require a signature of a person over the age of 21 years old. This will be determined at the sole discretion of the Company. 

5. Delivery Estimates

  • Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier performance.

  • Delivery delays due to weather, customs clearance, labor strikes, or other carrier-related issues are outside Company control.


6. Order Tracking

  • Upon shipment, we will provide a tracking number via email or text message (if applicable).

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress and contacting the carrier for delivery concerns.


7. Failed Deliveries & Returned Shipments

  • If a shipment is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer, or if the Customer fails to retrieve the package, the Customer is responsible for all reshipping fees.

  • If the Customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, a refund (less original shipping charges and any return costs) may be issued at our discretion.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Customers must inspect all deliveries upon receipt and notify us in writing within [2] business days of delivery regarding any missing, damaged, or defective items. 

  • We may require photographs, original packaging, and additional information to process claims.


9. Changes to This Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
